Release the Hounds Pet Care was founded by Nicole Perry and Joshua Stevens to provide quality pet care that truly contributes to the enrichment of the lives of the pets (and their people) in Vancouver. We are dedicated to setting an example of outstanding professionalism and compassion in this ever-expanding industry of pets. We understand your love for your pet. We are inspired everyday by the love of our own pets and aspire to share our passion for this profession with each new member of our Hounds Family. We have created Release the Hounds not only, to offer the pets of Vancouver with an experience that promotes their well being; but also, give the people of Vancouver peace of mind knowing that their pets are blissfully content and safe while in our care.


Release the Hounds is licensed in the City of Vancouver and the City of Richmond, insured and bonded through Binks Insurance Brokers, certified in pet first aid through Oakland Educational Services and members of Pet Sitters International, All Canadian Pet Sitters Network and The Canadian Association of Pet Dog Trainers.

Niki took care of my two high maintenance Wiemeraners for 3 days! Wow is all I can say. They were Happy, exercised and clean when they came home. She did a wonderful job and I would have her walk or overnight my babies again without a second thought. Thanks for the wonderful care Niki!
